While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

We are growing our Derivative Sales team and are looking for motivated people to help chart the path of our rapidly expanding business. If you have a positive, proactive, startup mentality, and are interested in joining a highly disruptive business on the forefront of the burgeoning cryptocurrency industry, then you've come to the right place.
You will be part of a team that identifies and develops relationships with VIP traders (ie. those who primarily trade a lot of crypto already; or have the intention to) across the APAC region and beyond.
What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):
Market Coinbase Advanced, which offers Derivatives, to VIP users based in APAC.
Assist senior sales team members in coverage for existing clients as well as lead generation and responding to inbound opportunities.
Help to develop and implement regional and international VIP sales strategy
Help the business scale by collaborating with teammates to create and optimize processes for sales, support and CRM.
Take part in marketing activities in APAC region and globally; meet face-to-face or virtually with existing and prospective clients, and be involved in hosting and organising client events
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a sales/sales & trading/
