About The Role Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention. We're looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to develop sourcing strategies and a pipeline of world-class infrastructure, cloud, platform, and SRE engineers. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to bring the next generation of technical talent to Revolut. What You'll Be Doing Designing and executing targeted sourcing strategies for infrastructure, SRE, platform, cloud, and security roles Building talent pipelines across multiple markets (EMEA, APAC)Finding and engaging passive candidates through advanced boolean, market mapping, and creative sourcing tactics Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal profiles and improve sourcing efficiency Leveraging analytics and data to track conversion rates and improve sourcing effectiveness Managing and nurturing talent pools through our ATS and CRM tools Acting as a market expert, sharing insights on compensation, competitors, and emerging tech trends Consistently ensuring a top-tier candidate experience What You'll Need 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, with proven success sourcing infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, SRE, platform, and/or security talent Experience sourcing senior IC and manager-level engineers globally A deep understanding of infrastructure technologies (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, networking, etc.)Agency or in-house experience in sourcing top-of-the-market talent in financial services or tech firms Knowledge of the financial sector hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment process A results-driven approach The ability to set priorities and act facing competing demands Passion for using data and solving problems to inform strategic and tactical decisions Important notice for candidates Job scams are on the rise.
