As a

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity to drive innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the talent landscape;
- Attend relevant industry events, job fairs, and conferences to establish and expand your professional network, promoting the company's brand and opportunities;

**Must haves**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Sourcer, or similar role;
- Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn searches, social media recruiting, and other online sourcing tools;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools;
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience with Lever, BambooHR & Notion;
- Experience in the travel tech and/or telco industry;
- Sound understanding of Hogan Assessments;
- Additional written/spoken languages.
