The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of experience in a corporate credit analysis role and would come from a financial services background (banking, asset‐backed lending, rating agency). This is a client‐facing role, which requires not only strong core technical skills, but also the ability to work under pressure. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, as he/she will be involved in meetings and discussions with senior management of our clients and prospects in Indonesia. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Job Responsibilities Decide credit limit requests consistently within response time included in the Risk Business Model. Assess buyers using all information available in the EH Risk database and the applicant's own market knowledge. Monitor the risk portfolio and request further information to the Risk office according to Information Quality Standards. Be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of customers, steer it and provide a proactive service level, according to policy holder classification. Regularly meet customers and brokers, organize telephone conferences, and support the Commercial Department in steering customers' loss ratio to implement actions that ensure or restore profitability of the portfolio. Complete any other ad hoc tasks assigned. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a financial institution or rating agency as a financial/credit analyst. Strong analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of the local economic and business environment. Expertise in specific trade sectors. Ability to interact with senior managers externally to obtain information. Ability to network and forge relationships quickly in a multicultural environment. Self‐starter and able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
