Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Executive at C&W Services in Jurong West. The Property Executive will be responsible for overseeing property management tasks, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe and well-functioning facility. The role involves interacting with tenants, handling leasing agreements, and maintaining accurate property records.
Qualifications
Property Management, Facilities Management, and Building Maintenance skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in conducting property inspections and overseeing repairs
Knowledge of leasing agreements and property records management
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety regulations and facility compliance
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
Experience in the facilities services industry is a plus
