Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin Assistant, Data Entry , to support our data entry project. The role will focus on updating and maintaining accurate records of M&E, Rehab, and Medical asset lists for our Centre-Based Services in the CAMS system. This is a 3-month contract position. Job Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry of M&E, Rehab, and Medical asset lists into the CAMS system. Verify, update, and maintain asset records to ensure data integrity. Assist in checking asset details against source documents for accuracy and completeness. Support administrative tasks related to asset documentation and record-keeping. Work closely with the Centre-Based Services team to clarify and resolve discrepancies in data. Job Requirements GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to completing tasks within the contract period.
