Roles & Responsibilities HR Employee Experience & Digitalisation Intern (Jan-May 2026) We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Employee Experience & Digitalisation Intern to join the Human Resource team at St Lukes ElderCare. This internship provides hands-on exposure to a full spectrum of HR functions, including HR technology, employee engagement, total rewards, and process improvement. You will play an active role in supporting digitalisation initiatives, driving efficiency, and contributing to a more engaging workplace experience for employees. Responsibilities Support the intranet revamp project, covering design, user experience, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Contribute to HR technology and innovation projects, from HR self-service enhancements, new module(s) rollout from UAT to launch to cross modular process automation across the employee lifecycle Support total rewards initiatives through data collection, analysis, and consolidation for total compensation review Create and improve HR forms, and explore automation opportunities to streamline employee services Develop process flow charts based on HR policies to enhance clarity and efficiency Support employee engagement activities, including survey analysis, template creation for quarterly updates, and planning of staff events such as festive celebrations Assist in employer branding through LinkedIn and partnerships with universities for internship and recruitment outreach Use Visio to support automation for organisation chart updates and process flows updates Requirements Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelors degree in IT (UI/UX), Business, Communications, or Human Resource Management Strong interest in Human Resource Management and innovation Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in webpage design, Power Automate, or Visio is an advantage Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail Available for a full-time internship for 5 months starting January 2026 About St Lukes Eldercare St Lukes ElderCare (SLEC) is a Christian healthcare provider dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in Singapore, regardless of race, language and religion.
