We are looking for an experienced IT Operation Support Engineer to support and maintain critical application systems, ensuring smooth operations and high system availability. (Basic + Bonus)Responsibilities Enhance, and maintain backend REST APIs using ASP.NET, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and .NET Entity Framework . Perform end‐to‐end software development , including design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Conduct system integration and data management , ensuring smooth interaction between applications. Write and optimize Microsoft SQL queries (triggers, stored procedures, jobs, and subqueries). Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by performing root cause analysis and debugging . Manage cloud-based solutions and implement serverless computing on AWS Lambda, Azure Functions . Work closely with cross‐functional teams to implement coding best practices and enhance system performance. Ensure all applications are running smoothly and respond to production emergencies as required. Participate in change request management and quality control activities to ensure system reliability. Maintain project documentation, version control, and software repository using GIT . Job Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. At least 3 years of hands‐on experience in software development and maintenance . Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and .NET Entity Framework . Experience in developing RESTful web services and API integrations . Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for database queries and optimizations. Experience with cloud computing and hosting concepts (AWS, Azure). Hands‐on experience in system integration, batch scripting, and automation . Familiarity with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Redis)and real‐time event‐driven architectures. Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills to diagnose system issues effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
