Culinary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prominent Culinary Duties: Prepare and cook a variety of Sichuan dishes (hot dishes, cold dishes, stir-fry, soup, etc.) to meet restaurant culinary standards.
  • Ensure Superior Food Quality: Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high culinary benchmarks.
  • Maintain Optimal Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow strict food safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate in Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and seasonal dish offerings that cater to diverse customer preferences.
  • Work Cooperatively with the Team: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless daily operations and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Culinary Requirements:

  • Culinary Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in Chinese (Sichuan) cuisine is essential for this role.
  • Culinary Skills: Experience working in multiple restaurant outlets is preferred, along with expertise in Sichuan cooking techniques, spices, and flavors.
  • Team Player: A team player with excellent communication skills is required to ensure effective kitchen operations.
