What You Will Be Working On Reporting to a team lead of Regulations Division, you will play a key role in the Sector Lead Office in the Division. Your key responsibilities will include: Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the lay of the land, identify the cybersecurity services essential for national security and national survival, and the firms/agencies, critical infrastructure and resources required for the continuous provision of cybersecurity essential services. Assess and work with stakeholders to draft and review new regulations, policies, guidelines and standards under the cybersecurity essential services framework Develop frameworks, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for firms providing essential services to ensure their resiliency and preparedness in all situations, including during national emergency. Develop crisis resource plans on cybersecurity essential services and work with all the Sector Leads to develop their plans for their sectors. Coordinate the responses related to cybersecurity essential services of Sector Leads and essential/critical firms in a coherent manner during crisis and national emergency Raise awareness and train the sectors on the implementation of measures to ensure their adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements What we are looking for Preferably 4 years of working experience in regulatory and/orcompliance roles Good understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the importance of cybersecurity essential services to safeguard Singapore’s cyberspace Experience in operational enforcement, policy development, in the cybersecurity domain or in another essential service sector will be an added advantage Experience in developing crisis preparedness plans Strong analytical, writing and communication skills Good interpersonal and people management skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders, align interests and build partnerships Ability to work independently as well as in a team If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
