Responsibilities Generate new business in the Facilities Management of Buildings/Infrastructures. Form and build relationships with new and existing customers including developers, facilities owners and FM companies. Form and build relationships with new and existing technology solution partners. Meet targets/KPIs set out by management on a monthly/quarterly basis. Work closely with other relevant departments to assess clients' needs and propose solutions to meet these needs. Work closely with marketing to sell the benefits of our unique range of products and packages. Support branding and business development in new domains or markets. Create a sales pipeline, working from prospect lists, cold calling, networking and conducting independent research. Attend industry functions such as trade shows, conferences and webinars and provide feedback on market trends, opportunities for businesses and partnerships. Job Requirements Essential requirements: Diploma/Degree holders Candidate must have strong sales/business development skills and should have experience in construction industry. Experience in Facilities Management will be an advantage Possess at least 2 years working experience in sales/business development. Possess good interpersonal skills Good communication, written and presentation skills. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team Desirable requirements: Knowledge of AEC Softwares and BIM technology Knowledge and/or interests in IoT, AI, ML and Computer Aided FM systems.
