Job Title

A Civil & Structural Engineer is required to lead our design team in the planning, coordination and management of construction projects.

  • Develop designs and drawings for buildings and infrastructure projects using structural software like STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS and SAFE.
  • Collaborate with architects, M&E engineers and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.
  • Drive value engineering, constructability and safety-in-design strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.
  • For Senior Engineers: 5+ years of experience in structural or C&S design, preferably in industrial/commercial building projects.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in design software and good working knowledge of local codes and submission processes.
  • Strong leadership, coordination and mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with architectural and M&E disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
