Learn more about GovTech at tech.gov.sg.**(What you will be working on)**You will be part of a dynamic team working on user experience design for internal officer workflow systems that power Singapore's transport infrastructure operations. In this role, the Senior UX Designer or UX Designer is expected to undertake the following areas of work:**(i) User Research and Workflow Analysis*** Conduct comprehensive user research with government officers across different departments and agencies to understand workflow requirements and pain points* Develop comprehensive user journeys and task flows for multi-step approval processes, incident management workflows, and regulatory compliance systems* Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for officer workflows* Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements**(ii) Interface Design and User Experience*** Design intuitive and efficient user interfaces for internal workflow systems used by government officers for operational processes, regulatory compliance, and service delivery* Create user-centered designs that streamline complex administrative tasks and improve officer productivity* Design sophisticated visualization dashboards and interfaces for real-time monitoring, performance metrics, and operational intelligence systems* Create user experiences that
