Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional EHS Senior Manager to oversee Environment, Health & Safety matters in Southeast Asia and Australia.

Main Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact and advisor on EHS-related issues for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS roadmaps and action plans to achieve performance goals and metrics.
  • Conduct site inspections and guide subsidiaries to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Establish key EHS performance indicators and drive the adoption of best practices for safe work procedures.
  • Deliver internal EHS training, conduct risk assessments, and perform thorough safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in EHS roles.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations across Southeast Asia and Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Professional EHS certifications are preferred.
