Regional EHS Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Regional EHS Senior Manager to spearhead our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives in Southeast Asia and Australia.

As the primary EHS lead for the region, you will be responsible for overseeing all EHS matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Act as the principal advisor on EHS-related issues, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the Regional EHS team.
  • Develop comprehensive EHS roadmaps and action plans to drive performance improvement and metric achievement.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure subsidiaries comply with EHS laws, company policies, building safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Establish robust EHS performance indicators and promote the adoption of best practices for safe work procedures.
  • Deliver internal EHS training, conduct risk assessments, and perform safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in EHS roles.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations across Southeast Asia and Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Professional EHS certifications are highly desirable.
