Junior Cloud Consultant | Up to $3700 | Changi #9398Salary: $3500 - $3700 + 1 Month completion bonus Working hours: 8:30am -6pm (Mon-Fri)Job Responsibilities Assist in designing, deploying, and configuring cloud environments, including virtual machines, containers, and serverless platforms. Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues related to networking, security, and access controls. Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud-based applications with existing infrastructure and services. Support solution designs and project implementations in line with IT policies, guidelines, and technical requirements. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on cloud-related issues and best practices. Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization. Documentation & Reporting Maintain and manage IT architecture and artefact repositories. Document cloud configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes. Prepare reports and documentation, and provide updates to the Officer-In-Charge. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands‐on experience in cloud infrastructure support, preferably with AWS , Microsoft Azure , or Google Cloud Platform . Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), serverless computing, containerization, and microservices architecture. Experience in cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). Familiarity with cloud monitoring, automation, and cost optimization tools is a plus. Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner , Microsoft Azure Fundamentals , or Google Associate Cloud Engineer will be an advantage.
