QC Inspector

QC Inspector (Aviation) | Changi Airbase Contract : 1 year (Renewable/Convertible)Working Location : Changi Airbase Working Hours : Mon-Fri 7.30am - 5.15pm Salary range : $3000 - $3200 + Completion Bonus Responsibilities Perform inspections on AGE to ensure compliance with approved maintenance checklists and workmanship standards Identify, document, and report recurring defects or failures, and recommend preventive or corrective actions Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, testing, analysis, and investigations Verify that corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities are implemented effectively Conduct first article, incoming, and warranty inspections on incoming spares Perform product inspections and testing, prepare inspection records, and liaise with supplier QA representatives for acceptance Provide feedback to engineers regarding quality issues and support troubleshooting and failure investigations Lead a team of QCIs in performing the above responsibilities Act as maintenance controller when required, scheduling preventive maintenance and tracking turn-around-time Provide technical and administrative support to users as needed Job Requirements NTC 2/3 level or Diploma in any discipline, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive, heavy, or defence equipment/vehicles Hands-on experience with automotive, heavy, or defence equipment is preferred Background in Quality Assurance, inspection, or testing is highly desirable Minimum Class 3 Driving License preferred If you are interested, please submit your application here.
