Description OverviewOperations Executive | Ocean Import | Up to $3k | Changi $2,500 - $3,000 per month (based on relevant work experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days work Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center Job Description Handle daily sea freight import operations. Coordinate with customers/vendors/carriers/overseas counterpart for all shipments. Ensure vendor costing are correct, and input in system accordingly. Ensure billing is done on time and according to quotation given. Handle Ocean Import permit declaration. Backup of your team member who is on leave / medical leave. Any other duties assigned by the superior/management Requirements With at least 2 years of ocean operations experiences in logistics/freight forwarding industry Knowledge of sea freight operations and Incoterms.
