Job Description
Perform/assist our Sales and Logistics staff in their daily sales activities, i.e. Logistics and other plant operations.
Manage daily logistics and purchasing operations such as ensuring enough supply of raw materials and smooth delivery of products.
Liaise with the production department to ensure customer's timelines are met.
Monitor the efficiency of the manufacturing plants and oversee production planning.
In charge of outgoing shipment documentation (logistics documentation).
Preferably with purchasing experience.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the company.
Requirements
ONLY FOR SINGAPOREANS
Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration.
3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in the oil field industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Some previous knowledge in ERP systems with respect to accounting modules.
Efficient interpersonal communication skills, a team player, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills, meticulous in work, and has an eye for minor details.
Required languages: English and Mandarin, as this position will require communication with our current People's Republic of China production workers.
