Responsibilities Leadership & Management Provide strategic leadership and direction to engineering teams across APAC offices (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia). Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a diverse and high‐performing workforce. Supervise day‐to‐day operations and ensure alignment with global engineering standards and initiatives. Project Delivery Oversee end‐to‐end project execution — from site acquisition, design, construction, and commissioning to integrated system testing (IST). Collaborate closely with clients, owners, and consultants to define project scope, budgets, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with hyperscale data center requirements, including AI and High‐Performance Computing (HPC) systems. Manage and coordinate external consultants and contractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for clients and project owners. Lead client discussions, technical presentations, and negotiations to ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate effective communication across multicultural teams and stakeholders, maintaining English as the working language. Operational Excellence Develop, implement, and maintain engineering strategies across APAC in alignment with corporate goals. Promote innovation and continuous improvement in mechanical, electrical, and integrated engineering systems. Ensure full compliance with applicable local, regional, and international codes and industry standards. Be prepared to travel across the APAC region—up to 50%—to support project delivery and team operations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's Degree is advantageous. At least 15 years of professional engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years in hyperscale data center projects (AI/HPC environments). Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary, multicultural engineering teams across multiple geographies. Comprehensive knowledge of hyperscale mechanical systems, integrated system testing, and large‐scale data center construction and commissioning. Strong command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to effectively present to clients, owners, and senior executives. Open to frequent regional travel (up to 50%) as required by project and operational needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
