Nursing Assistant Position
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess certification in nursing care, infant care, or other relevant courses and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to mothers and their newborns. Your primary duties will include assisting with baby care tasks such as cleaning, bathing, and changing diapers, as well as monitoring the babies' temperature, feeding patterns, and overall health.
You will also play a key role in guiding new mothers in breastfeeding techniques, baby care methods, and postnatal recovery. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our patients, and we need your expertise to make this happen.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be willing to learn and continuously improve your skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including lunch and dinner provided for day shifts, night shift incentives, punctuality incentives, medical incentives, annual leave, learning and training opportunities, and staycation benefits.
Care Scheme (Superior to MOH):
If you commit to working with us for at least 5 years, you will receive an additional $30,000 on top of your monthly salary and incentives.
Additional Information:
We operate on a shift-based system, which includes nights, weekends, and public holidays. Day shifts run from 8am to 8:30pm, while night shifts last from 8pm to 8am. You will receive 1.5 hours of break time during each shift.
