High-Quality Newborn Care Experts Needed
About the Role:This is a rewarding opportunity to work with newborns and their mothers in a dynamic environment. As a skilled Nursing Assistant, you will provide top-notch care by assisting with baby tasks like cleaning, bathing, and changing diapers. You will also monitor temperature, feeding patterns, and overall health.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care to mothers and their newborns
- Assist with baby care tasks, including cleaning, bathing, and diaper changes
- Monitor babies' temperature, feeding patterns, and overall health
- Guide new mothers in breastfeeding techniques and postnatal recovery
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Continuous learning and skill improvement are also essential.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, including lunch and dinner provided for day shifts, night shift incentives, punctuality incentives, medical incentives, annual leave, and training opportunities.
Care Scheme:If you commit to working with us for at least 5 years, you will receive an additional $30,000 on top of your monthly salary and incentives.
Additional Information:We operate on a shift-based system, which includes nights, weekends, and public holidays. Day shifts run from 8am to 8:30pm, while night shifts last from 8pm to 8am. You will receive 1.5 hours of break time during each shift.
