Newborn Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Newborn Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to new mothers and their infants.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our patients. This includes administering proper care for newborns, such as bathing, feeding, and monitoring temperature and behavior. You will also provide guidance and education to parents on infection control, baby safety, and other essential parenting skills.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will work closely with our team to promote a positive and supportive environment for our clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, families, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong foundation in nursing or healthcare
- Experience working with newborns and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in infant care or a related field
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $120
