Customer Relationship Officer | Beauty Retail | 5 vacancies Working Hours: 5 days per week (10am – 7pm), with 1 weekday and 1 weekend off (rotational)Salary Range: $2,700 – $3,200Work Locations: Orchard, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, The Centrepoint (subject to manpower allocation)Main Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Before Treatment: Greet customers by name and engage in friendly conversation. Offer beverages (tea, coffee, or water). Explain details of the upcoming treatment or service. After Treatment: Check customer satisfaction. Discuss and align the next phase of their treatment plan, answering any queries. Appointment Scheduling Review the daily treatment schedule and ensure all staff are informed and prepared. Confirm and update future appointments in the system and communicate them to customers. Data and Documentation Enter sales data, invoices, customer records, and future plans accurately in the system. Record completed treatments and upcoming sessions. Generate invoices, obtain customer signatures on purchase agreements (PA), and provide relevant documents. Facility and Cashier Management Maintain cleanliness and ensure tools and equipment are available. Manage cashier operations, verify that transactions tally with products/packages sold, and hand over cash accordingly. Inventory Management Accurately record received and dispatched stock in the system. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager. Compliance Ensure all SOPs are properly followed by staff. Verify that all recorded data accurately reflects services and commitments made to customers. Report any SOP deviations or policy breaches to the Customer Experience Manager. Staff Support Assist in onboarding new staff and guide them through SOPs and customer service standards. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager. Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of customer service or relationship management experience. Experience in a related industry preferred. Skills and Attributes Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-driven. Well-organized with good planning ability. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Adaptable, quick to learn, and results-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in PC and computerized systems. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to work overtime, weekends, and retail hours when necessary.
