Analyst/Associate - Investments (Real Estate)

We are recruiting for an alternative investment firm with interest to continue their acquisitions. Due to a recent change in strategy, they are looking to have a headcount to support the Director – Investments/Acquisitions. You will be responsible for supporting the identification and researching investment opportunities. This will include evaluating prospective deals and assisting due diligence efforts on investment transactions. You will be doing extensive financial modelling and analyzing potential investments and be greatly involved in business diligence. You will be preparing and presenting documentation of investment analysis including investment memos and presentations to the Investment Committee and other key partners. You will be looking to manage and support the entire transaction management process. Requirements You are degree qualified from a reputable educational institute in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate or Engineering with about 2-3 years' experience in real estate. You are strong in both analytical & financial modelling skills and possess in‐depth knowledge of real estate investment analysis and valuation methodologies within the Asia Pacific markets. You possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior management and investors.
