Our team is currently looking for a **Real Estate Investment Analyst** to join us to brainstorm strategies, problem solve and support our team in providing quick, meticulous and accurate analysis and research. This is a fast-paced role that would best suit a communicative, creative, self-driven but collaborative person who enjoys thinking out of the box, and possesses strong initiative.

**Job responsibilities**

Portfolio spans across diversified real estate classes i.e residential, integrated developments, retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, hospitability, data centres

Regional coverage: Singapore and other gateway cities
- Involvement in financial modeling, analysis, feasibility studies and preparation of approval for investments opportunities
- Analysis of performance at both asset and portfolio level
- Preparation of investment proposals
- Participation in deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc
- Assistance in business venture development, including proof of concept execution, project management, business model research and analysis, as well as reporting
- Regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports
- Support of business development efforts for investment and new business ventures opportunities
- Support of the Research, Strategy and Asset Management functions.
- Collaboration across departments and with external members
- Leading of Investors/ Management Team's inspection visits to potential sites/assets

Job requirements:

- Degree in Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate or Finance
- Able to build financial models/ do investment feasibility studies,
- More than 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Real Estate Sector Experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Able to multi-task effectively across a wide range of projects and deliverables, and handle work streams independently
- Team player; Collaborative individual
- Good in presentations, can do powerpoint slides
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, deal with senior level business & C-level stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and “Can do” attitude with a willingness to learn from and contribute to a high-performance team; hands-on
- Good critical thinking and creative

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
