**_Role Impact:_**
Reporting to the Director, Investments, the Analyst/ Associate role provides expertise in Investments and Investment Management by conducting complex analysis of data and developing related reports and recommendations to support the Investments group in executing the Asia-Pacific strategy.
**_What you will deliver:_**
- Assist in underwriting real estate investment opportunities (acquisitions / dispositions) for both asset and corporate level transactions
- Participate in the execution of real estate and real estate-related acquisitions and dispositions, including assessing asset performance and conducting market due diligence
- Assist in the development and management of financial models for investments, investment management, performance tracking, reporting dashboards, scenario analysis and financing
- Participate in the research, analysis and execution of strategic initiatives

**_What you need to succeed:_**
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline with top academic credentials
- CPA, CFA, MBA an asset, but not required
- 1-4 years of experience in a multi-sector real estate, private equity, development or investment banking firm in an investment, valuation and / or asset management capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Solid grounding in financial concepts, corporate finance and valuation
- Must have ability to travel internationally as required
- Multilingual - Japanese or Hindi language skills an asset, but not required
