The responsibilities of this role include project management, workflow design and management, operational improvement, data checking and analysis, and team leadership and collaboration.

  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects, ensure timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Workflow Design and Management: Design, manage, and optimize workflows for math-focused LLM training projects.
  • Operational Improvement: Conduct experiments to enhance operational processes for math-related training data.
  • Data Checking and Analysis: Design robust data analysis strategies to evaluate training and evaluation datasets.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong professional communication skills in Chinese mandarin.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to design, manage, and optimize complex workflows.
  • Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent judgment with the ability to thrive in collaborative settings.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for large language models (LLMs) and computational thinking.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in competitive mathematics such as Mathematical Olympiad at regional or international level.
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Experience in RLHF annotation and working with leading AI/LLM companies on technical projects.
  • Passion for LLM technologies, human behavior, and user experience.
