The role We are seeking a Technology Lead based in Singapore to join the ICC Academy, ICC's educational arm providing a wide range of specialised certification programmes, short-online courses and customisable workshops for professionals and businesses operating internationally. In this role, you will oversee projects in ICC Academy's technology portfolio, developing a thorough understanding of business processes, rules, data flows, and system impacts. Reporting to the Technology Director, you will work with key systems, services, and data to enhance the Learning Management System, e‐Commerce, Student Information System, and exam proctoring platforms. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging in all stages of the software development life cycle including design, development, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and customer support for intricate systems. Serving as a single point of contact for users regarding all technical queries, analysing issues, developing a trouble‐shooting policy and researching/implementing resolutions. Managing cloud infrastructure and services such as Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare. Managing integrations with related platforms (LMS, e‐Commerce, proctoring, certification etc.). Embracing an "automation first" mindset, aiming to minimise manual tasks, improve processes and optimise the operations of the support team; providing application administrative support across applications as needed.
