The Technology Lead oversees projects in ICC Academy's technology portfolio, developing a thorough understanding of business processes, rules, data flows, and system impacts. Reporting to the Technology Director, they work with key systems, services, and data to enhance the Learning Management System, e-Commerce, Student Information System, and exam proctoring platforms. Responsibilities Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Design, Development, Integration, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance, and Customer Support for intricate systems. Serve as a single point of contact for users regarding all technical queries, analyse issues, develop a trouble shooting policy and research/implement resolutions. Manage Cloud Infrastructure and Services such as Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare. Manage the integrations with related platforms (LMS, e-Commerce, proctoring, certification etc.)Embrace an "Automation first" mindset, aiming to minimize manual tasks, improve processes and optimize the operations of support team.
