Trade Assistant
to support our sales office in Singapore. This role requires strong expertise in
import/export documentation, trade coordination, and supply chain management .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the supply chain
for biodiesel, supporting the expansion of the biodiesel sales market.
Process orders efficiently , ensuring timely preparation of shipping and trade documents.
Handle
import and export documentation
while ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry policies.
Coordinate closely with the
trading department , customers, suppliers, forwarders, shipping companies, and contractors for
delivery, shipment, and collection of goods .
Prepare and submit necessary documents for
Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiations
with banks.
Ensure that all
imported and exported products comply with regulatory requirements
and relevant government policies.
Assist in
logistics coordination , including stuffing and unstuffing arrangements.
Translate material requirements to support both
customers' and company's
needs.
Perform
ad hoc duties
assigned by management.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience
in
import/export documentation and trade coordination .
Proficiency in Chinese (written & spoken)
to liaise with our
China HQ
and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of trade documentation, L/C processing, and international shipping regulations .
Ability to
travel within the Asia region
when required.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR) preferred .
