We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. ">

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.

  • Conduct predictive maintenance to identify potential issues before they occur, reducing the risk of equipment failure.

  • Collaborate with engineers and other teams to develop and implement strategies for improving equipment performance and reducing maintenance costs.

  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments to remain current in the field.

  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical/Material Science or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor/electronics/electrical industry.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operating or maintaining lithography equipment (e.g., mask aligners, steppers, aligners) in a cleanroom or wafer-level processing environment.

  • Able to work in both day and night rotating shifts, and flexible to work under various shift patterns.
