Job Opportunity

About the Project:

This position will oversee the delivery of HVAC services and coordinate with major partners for a significant offshore energy project. The successful candidate will manage leadership for offshore (marine) environments, define design parameters, steer calculations and digital modeling, and ensure compliance with Shell standards and platform integration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish design parameters for offshore modules/buildings: loads, equipment sizing, ducting, controls.
  • Drive modeling/analysis using Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, Cadmatic; run computational fluid dynamics (CFD); ensure building information modeling (BIM)-compatible integration.
  • Enforce Shell standards; review vendor data and coordinate model/layout integration.
  • Coordinate with global partners; steward design reviews and decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 15 years experience in HVAC detailed engineering.
  • Familiarity with Shell standards.
  • Background/experience in marine engineering.
  • Proficiency with 3DEXPERIENCE, Cadmatic, CFD tools, and BIM-compatible software.
  • Prior experience on Middle East projects.
