HVAC Engineer

We are recruiting for a famous Pharmaceutical/Biotech MNC and they are looking for HVAC Samplers.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all routine maintenance works are duly carried out as scheduled and in compliance with Engineering standards and procedures.
Respond on-call for maintenance/service breakdown and support ongoing operations.
As HVAC SME to provide daily operational support and technical services for the manufacture of biologics products in a cGMP environment including, modifications and changes to processes and equipment, process troubleshooting, root cause analysis and deviation investigation.
Participate and lead, when required, in all investigations (contaminations, deviations, and discrepancies) relating to the manufacturing process and propose CAPA.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and carry out basic repairs.
Supervise vendors/service provider’s activities for daily routine HVAC and maintenance work to ensure equipment is maintained in full operational status.
Management for operations and maintenance and spares.
Perform regular equipment inspections to feedback on status. Supervise repairs/upgrading works to enable smooth handover and minimize disruption to production schedule.
Maintain all site HVAC in optimum condition in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & EHS requirements. Ensure all GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion.
Communicate to Supervisor/Manager when encounter non-compliance issues including work delay, breakdown, missing parts etc.
Supervise and train HVAC Technicians on HVAC system to improve their knowledge.
Lead in Root Cause Analysis for equipment breakdowns.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager, including but not limited to the above.

Key Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
Analytical and Problems solving skill with regard to HVAC Systems Knowledge of various clean room standards across the Pharmaceutical/Electronic/ Semiconductor /Manufacturing Industry.
Possess knowledge of the Life Cycle of HVAC system (from design, operations, controls monitoring, maintenance and obsolescence management) will be an advantage.
Knowledge of applicable safety and GMP regulations
Experienced in utilizing predictive maintenance technologies to identify machinery condition for the purpose of preventing emergency repairs
Willing to work night shift (10 to 12 hours)
Rotating shift based on shift calendar (Not more than 5 days a week)
