This role is responsible for managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, and inventory.
Job Scope:
Supervise and assist employees like Sales Representatives in customer service, store maintenance, and product promotions.
Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line, and services within the store.
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans, and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts.
Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in retail or sales, with 3 years in leading and developing a team.
Prior experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
Good communication, sales, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Personality: Customer-focused, team player, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Additional Information:
Salary – base salary + commission + bonus.
Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable and convertible to permanent.
Commencement Date: Immediate.
Working days and hours: 5 days a week including weekends/Public Holidays (Shift basis), 2 days off a week. Shift timings will be allocated by the company and will rotate every week. Shift Timings: (A) 9am – 5pm, (B) 1pm – 9pm.
Location: Lucky Plaza.
