Location: North Central Part of Singapore Mondays to Fridays, Office Hours Basic salary up to $5000 per month with good benefits An established and leading public healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team in delivering patient-centred care to the communityJob Responsibilities Be the main point of contact to liaise with relevant agencies on Emergency Preparedness matters Ensure organization is operationally ready for emergencies (e.g. Pandemic outbreak, National Emergencies, Civil emergencies, electricity shutdown etc) and to support the nation in the event of any such emergencies Work closely with relevant stakeholders to conduct table-top or full-scale exercises. Drills to test the current SOP for emergency preparedness and make any necessary improvements Organize and conduct periodic briefings/ trainings on emergency preparedness and security matters as per required Propose security initiatives to Senior management and communicate and implement these initiatives to the organization Review and enhance security measures as and when necessary Ensure that the organization has require items that provide security to the personnel in the premise Conduct table-top and full-scale exercise to ensure readiness of response to such situations Use data and tools to enhance decision making and ensure initiatives are more effective Develop, implement and maintain Key performance Indicators and related reports to provide meaningful feedback on EP/ Security Operations Performance Other relevant duties as required Job Requirements Minimum Degree in any discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Emergency Preparedness/ Crisis Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with a diverse range of people and stakeholders Strong analytical skills Interested and suitable candidates, please email your CV in MS Word to Ammerline Lam Sze Yi CEI Reg.
