Overview Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a capable and well-rounded HR Generalist to join their Singapore office. This individual will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding-offboarding, payroll coordination, employment law compliance, talent management support, and HR system updates. The role offers exposure to both strategic and operational HR work, and the successful candidate will work closely with the broader HR team across Asia. Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this individual will deliver day-to-day HR support to both fee-earner and business services populations. They will ensure smooth onboarding experiences, accurate payroll inputs, and adherence to local employment regulations. The role also includes supporting performance and development cycles, maintaining HR data integrity, and contributing to regional HR initiatives. The successful candidate will be a dependable and proactive HR professional who enjoys working across multiple HR functions and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience in professional services is advantageous, and proficiency in HR systems and Excel is essential. Total compensation: circa SGD 60,000 - 80,000 base salary + annual variable bonus + benefits. Responsibilities Manage a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding-offboarding, payroll coordination, employment law compliance, talent management support, and HR system updates. Provide day-to-day HR support to both fee-earner and business services populations; ensure smooth onboarding experiences and accurate payroll inputs. Support performance and development cycles, maintain HR data integrity, and contribute to regional HR initiatives. Collaborate with the broader HR team across Asia; work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Qualifications Experience in HR generalist roles; professional services experience is advantageous. Proficiency in HR systems and Excel is essential. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
