
Call Centre Officer

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Officer to join our organization. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for attending to incoming calls, explaining products, and keying information into our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming calls
- Explain about products
- Key info into system
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call centre environment. You should possess excellent customer service skills, including CRM, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
You will work normal hours with shifts, without fixed night shift or weekend work. This is an opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
