Responsibilities Plan, execute and supervise all M&E maintenance related work services. Manage M&E works and services for effective and efficient M&E facilities performance. Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work. Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues. Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports. Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical works. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works. Prepare and follow- up closely on the client inquiries and quotations. Follow the company internal work processes and documentation. Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high quality standards. Qualifications Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Building / Facilities Management related qualifications.
