- Minimize risk and maximize attractiveness of tender by checking M&E projects/tenders.
- Ensure compliance with M&E requirements of various authorities and specifications.
- Liaise with client’s representative on M&E project issues and coordinate technical issues.
- Conduct M&E co-ordination meeting with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Monitor all M&E trade sub-con on site work and installation manpower on site and monitor completion of projects according to construction schedule.
- Assist with the management of internal and external third party interfaces.
- Manage and supervise in the administration / inspection of M&E work, handover of M&E services.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director / Project Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
