Job Title: Global Transformation Leader

About the Job:

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our global transformation strategy. You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to orchestrate cross-functional projects that transition our group from siloed regional entities to a unified, high-performing multinational enterprise.

Your key responsibilities will include leading strategic program leadership, change management & stakeholder engagement, cross-functional project delivery, transformation analytics & reporting, and governance & compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in leading complex business transformation, operating model redesign, or strategic leadership roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or multi-market organizations.

You will also need to have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the C-suite/board level, as well as demonstrated capability in program management, transformation frameworks, and digital/process optimization.

An analytical, structured thinker who is adept at synthesizing complex issues and driving results, you will thrive in agile, collaborative environments and be culturally intelligent-adept at working within diverse, high-growth environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
