Job Overview

The role of APAC Infrastructure Leader is a strategic position responsible for ensuring global computerized systems comply with regulatory standards across the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of quality assurance professionals to implement validated systems aligned with the company's risk management framework.
  • Develop and implement validation strategies for emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, mobile applications, and internet of things.
  • Represent the organization in regulatory inspections and industry forums to drive future-ready validation approaches.
  • Maintain quality governance for GxP-relevant IT infrastructure and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry with at least 5 years in IT quality control.
  • Over 3 years of leadership experience managing international cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in validation strategies for emerging technologies and modern IT infrastructures.
