As a Senior IT Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization's technology landscape. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, teams, and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage network-related matters, serving as the primary point of contact for HQ, APAC, and vendors.
  • Oversee the office IT infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring seamless operations and maintenance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for network-related issues while supporting other domains of work, including desktop, video conferencing, and office equipment.
  • Participate in discussions with various departments to meet their business requirements and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Assist the Head of IT in managing and documenting IT processes, reviewing quality, and implementing improvements.
  • Lead small to medium-scale events and projects, demonstrating your ability to drive results and achieve delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in IT or related field.
  • At least 3 years of Helpdesk support or relevant field experience.
  • Basic to intermediate networking knowledge and good understanding of server room infrastructure and equipment.
  • Ability to travel overseas for project/maintenance work.
  • Experience in leading, participating in full delivery process of projects, and working with other Business Units on daily operations or projects.
  • Critical thinking skills for problem-solving and strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
