We’re looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual to join our team as Project Consultant, Public Affairs. At APCO Singapore, the hub for Southeast Asia at the world’s leading global advisory firm, you’ll work on projects that shape conversations at the intersection of business, policy, and society. You’ll be expected to think critically, take initiative, and deliver with precision as you help clients navigate uncertainty, manage complexity, and deliver impact across the region and beyond. What We’re Looking For You are a motivated self-starter who seeks out answers, asks thoughtful questions, and pushes work forward without waiting to be told. You are intellectually curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in strategic communications and public affairs. You are detail-oriented and dependable, able to deliver high-quality outputs such as news summaries, policy briefs, fact sheets, and press materials. You are ready to support and manage client communications, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, tracking progress, and becoming a trusted point of contact for day-to-day needs. You keep a close watch on current events, media trends, and political developments, and can turn that awareness into meaningful insights for clients. You are a collaborative team player who brings a positive attitude and fresh perspective to internal discussions and client engagements. You are curious about business development and open to supporting research, proposals, and opportunity tracking. You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable taking on new challenges as they arise.
