Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispatch of containers and processing of orders, as well as liaising with transportation companies to confirm container arrival schedules.

  • Ensure all containers are dispatched accurately and orders are processed properly.
  • Liaise with transportation companies to confirm container arrival schedules.
  • Ensure all vehicles entering and exiting the facility are weighed as required.
  • Send job orders to the open yard using the VMT (Vehicle Management Terminal) system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum GCE N Level qualification or higher.
  • Be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
