We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team.

The Logistics Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and transport allocation across Singapore. This role involves training and developing team members, supporting executive-level management, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all required documentation for import shipments is complete and accurate for customs clearance.

  • Lodge export packages and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Check and accurately affix all labels on packaging. Print export shipment labels as needed.
  • Weigh all packages in the office and re-confirm weight with customs for compliance.
