Transforming 5G Base Station Development through Leadership

We are seeking an experienced 5G Protocol Stack Manager to spearhead the development of commercial 5G base station solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of engineers in designing and implementing commercial 4G/5G L2&L3 software.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output throughout the development process.
  • Establish a collaborative environment that fosters productivity and innovation within the team.

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Work closely with system architects, developers, and testing teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication with external partners to guarantee clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Stay abreast of emerging 5G technologies and contribute to strategic planning and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in telecom, focusing on 5G technologies and base station development.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing commercial base station projects.
  • Experience working with telecom vendors like Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE is highly valued.
