INSEAD is seeking a
Senior Specialist, Business Digitalization
to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Asia Campus in Singapore or Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.
About The Job
Reporting to the
Associate Director , you will play a crucial role as a facilitator by acting as a bridge between the digital function, students, and staff. Your role is pivotal in driving digital innovation, ensuring successful project delivery, and managing Degree Programmes data operations. You will serve as the product manager for a suite of core systems implemented by INSEAD, spearheading the digital transformation of Degree Programmes.
Your role within the team
Ensure digital initiatives align with business priorities and DP objectives, working closely with Faculty, students, and staff to understand evolving needs.
Help team members, Faculty, and students understand how digital technologies can enable them to achieve their objectives and solve complex challenges.
Lead the management and continuous improvement of core DP Digital Products, including overseeing development, UAT, and sign-off for production.
Translate technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences, advising team members and students effectively.
Identify and nurture opportunities for digital innovation, collaborating with experts to explore strategic growth and solutions.
Coordinate with Business Transformation Office (BTO), Digital team, and staff to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
Oversee operational management of digital systems supporting Degree Programmes, ensuring smooth operation and stakeholder feedback incorporation for improvements.
The ideal candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Educational Technology, Information Systems Management, or related field.
At least three years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably in product management within education or EdTech sectors.
Skilled in Digital Project Management and Process Management.
Proficient in INSEAD's core Digital Products (e.g., Canvas, Symplicity) is a plus.
High proficiency in MS Office products.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Effective collaborator, willing to share information and support teamwork.
Resilient, capable of managing conflicting deadlines, and reliable in responsibilities.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
