We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of market operations to ensure compliance with defined processes and drive positive impact on the digital exchange and its participants.
- Support front and middle-to-back office operations to ensure compliance with defined processes and drive positive impact on the digital exchange, members, and market-makers.
- Drive innovation and growth by ensuring integrity of business operations through day-to-day running of the digital business.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of treasury operations and experience working in a similar role would be beneficial.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
