Head of Business Development – Telecom Partnerships We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Development to drive strategic partnerships with leading telecom operators across Southeast Asia. This role is at the forefront of expanding our global user base through innovative collaborations and large‐scale growth initiatives. What You'll Do Build and lead partnerships with top telecom operators (e.g., Singtel, Telkomsel, NT, Viettel), focusing on initiatives such as product pre‐installation, bundled packages, IP ecosystem integration, bandwidth/resource exchange, and data center co‐development. Own the end‐to‐end execution of partnership projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact. Identify and launch new business models, while continuously scouting for fresh collaboration opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and the broader industry landscape to provide data‐driven insights and strategic recommendations. Work cross‐functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage budgets and ROI tracking, while overseeing vendor onboarding and settlement processes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or above, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Fluent English communication, both written and spoken. Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy, ideally within the mobile internet, digital media, or telecom industry. Hands‐on experience working with international telecom operators is a strong plus. Comfortable using data analytics tools to evaluate channel performance and shape growth strategies.
